Shadow Thundurus (Incarnate Forme) in Shadow Raids

Prioritise Shadow Thundurus

Shadow Thundurus in its Incarnate Forme is a solid pick for those looking to strengthen their team in Electric and Flying-type roles. With its access to moves like Thunder Shock and Thunder, it can hit hard in both PvE and PvP. Its potential as a Shadow Pokémon means it can deal even more damage than its regular counterpart, making it a worthy target for trainers. If you’re raiding, aim for IVs that maximize Attack, as that will enhance its offensive capabilities even further.

Shiny Potential

This event also features a chance to snag a shiny version of Thundurus. While the odds of encountering a shiny Pokémon can be low, the allure of adding this elusive variant to your collection could motivate some trainers to participate in several raids. Keep in mind that shiny hunting can be hit or miss, but if you're a collector, it's worth the effort to try your luck.

Evaluating the Time Investment

While Shadow Thundurus can be a useful addition to your roster, it's essential to consider how much time you're willing to spend on these raids. The lack of significant bonuses means that unless you're specifically hunting for the shiny or looking to strengthen your team for a particular meta, it may not be the most efficient use of your resources. If you already have a strong Electric or Flying-type lineup, you might want to prioritize other events or Pokémon instead.
