Latios is Dragon/Psychic, weak to Bug, Ghost, Dark, Ice, Dragon, and Fairy — a long weakness list that makes it one of the friendlier legendary raids. Dragons, Dark-types, and Ice attackers all work. It's duo-able for strong teams. Latios delivers solid Dragon DPS for raids and sees some PvP play; its sister Latias is bulkier and more PvP-focused. A good, low-stress legendary that punches above its rarity.
Do not bring Electric, Fighting, Fire damage — Mega Latios resists it and your lobby will run out of time before it runs out of HP. Everything in the counter list above already hits for super effective damage, so pick the six highest entries you actually own and power up.
